     2014年毕业于中国农业大学/北京生命科学研究所。


个人简介:

      主要从事早期胚胎发育和人辅助生殖研究。在胚胎发育及表观遗传方面积累了丰富的经验。近年来主持国家自然科学基金1项、上海市课题3项,发表 SCI 论文 10 余篇。其以第一作者(兼共同)在 Nature,Cell Reports,Cell Discovery,Human Genetics 等知名学术期刊发表论文6 篇,并参与多个课题研究工作,主要研究成果包括:

1.以共同第一作者在 Nature 报道了哺乳动物早期胚胎发育过程中组蛋白H3K4me3 和HK27me3 修饰建立模式,对研究胚胎发育异常,提高早期胚胎发育潜能具有重要意义。同期 Nature 配发了专门评述,并入选中国科协2016年度“中国生命科学领域十大进展”。

2.首次利用单细胞表观组学揭示了导致克隆胚胎发育阻滞的分子机制(Cell Discovery),为临床上胚胎发育阻滞研究提供了新的思路。发现重编程因子在受精后选择性地集中在雄原核中(Cell Repoerts),为以后研究合子发育及雌雄原核重编程提供了基础。

3.在辅助生殖临床治疗方面首次揭示透明带蛋白ZP2、ZP3双杂合突变导致女性不育的机制,并使患者成功产下健康男婴(Human Genetics),为临床中透明带异常患者的治疗提供了新的思路及治疗手段。利用纺锤体观测技术在临床体外受精早期准确分辨未受精卵,并及早进行单精子注射补救,提高了体外受精患者的受精成功率 (Fertility and Sterility)。
