研究方向简介:
主要从事多能干细胞(iPSC/ESC)向大脑类器官和免疫细胞的定向分化,及其在神经系统疾病和肿瘤免疫疗法研究用的应用。建立了血清暴露诱发AD的大脑类器官模型并揭示其中的分子机制;建立了人巨细胞病毒感染的大脑类器官模型并证明中和抗体可以有效预防感染。近年以第一作者(含共同)在Advanced Science,Cell Reports Medicine及Journal of Proteomics等杂志发表多篇研究论文。2022年入选上海市海外高层次人才计划。
