研究方向简介:

主要从事发育、转分化、核移植和诱导重编程等过程的多层级的表观调控机制研究。2013年在cell stem cell杂志上合作发表封面文章揭示了DNA甲基化与羟甲基化介导的表观遗传重编程的分子机制,该论文被评为年度十佳论文。2014年进入同济大学工作后,建立完善了一系列全球领先的微量测序技术,首次探索了早期胚胎中多种组蛋白修饰重塑与实现转录活性调控的分子机制,揭示了组蛋白与DNA修饰异常是体细胞核移植胚胎发育的重要表观障碍,并开拓了RNA表观修饰对转录的调控机制,提出多个m6A调控相关蛋白通过LINE1 RNA的m6A修饰影响核表观与发育的分子模型。其创新性成果发表在Nature,Science,Cell Stem Cell, Nature Cell Biology等顶级杂志。成果曾获2016年度“中国生命科学十大进展”,3篇入选ESI高被引数据库。主持科技部重点研发计划青年科学家项目,国自然优青,面上,青年等项目。入选青年拔尖,“青年人才托举工程”,上海市晨光计划,青年科学启明星计划,等多个人才项目。获国家自然科学二等奖(2/5),上海市自然科学一等奖(3/5),教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖(3/9)等。并获评中国细胞生物学会干细胞分会“干细胞卓越青年研究员”(2023),动物学会第七届青年科技奖(2017)等。
