研究方向简介:
主要研究方向为哺乳动物胚胎发育过程中的分子调控机制。利用单细胞RNA-seq、单细胞RRBS、少量细胞ChIP-seq等微量测序技术以及胚胎的显微操作技术等研究小鼠和人早期胚胎发育及体细胞重编程过程中的表观遗传调控机制。代表性工作为,建立了微量细胞的ChIP-seq技术,并首次在全基因组水平上检测小鼠植入前胚胎的组蛋白修饰动态变化情况。该成果对研究早期胚胎发育的表观遗传调控机制具有重要意义。该研究结果以共同第一作者发表在 Nature 杂志。文章发表后,该成果得到了广泛的好评,文章使用的实验方法也被很多实验室广泛采用,该成果被科协评为“2016年中国生命科学领域十大进展”之一。除此之外,刘晓雨博士还在Nature、Nature Cell biology、Cell Stem Cell、Cell Reports、Cell Discovery等多个国际著名学术期刊上发表论文,总引用超过200多次。
